A 45-minute Mat Pilates session, suitable for anyone wanting to promote mobility and strength of the deeper, supporting muscles of the body in a balanced fashion – adapting to provide gentle strength training to balance with other workouts.

Voodoo Body: Yoga

A 45-minute yoga stretch and flow, suitable for  anyone wanting to stretch pre and post workout or from physical strains from daily life. Suitable for all levels, options will be given.

Experience the power of Time Under Tension with slow, precise mat-based exercises using sliders, dumbbells, and bodyweight. Low impact Slow Resistance Training suitable for all levels.
