A whole body workout that promotes strength and conditioning with the use of body weight exercises, dumb bells and a bench. It is a self-regulated workout with high energy music to keep the participants moving the whole time which will leave you invigorated and energized.

 

Voodoo Body: Pilates

A 45-minute Mat Pilates session, suitable for anyone wanting to promote mobility and strength of the deeper, supporting muscles of the body in a balanced fashion – adapting to provide gentle strength training to balance with other workouts.

Voodoo Body: Yoga

45 mins
A 45-minute yoga stretch and flow, suitable for  anyone wanting to stretch pre and post workout or from physical strains from daily life. Suitable for all levels, options will be given.
