How to book a spot?

  1. Click on LOG IN or SIGN UP and create an account
  2. Buy a package
  3. Go to schedule and click on a session you would like to join
  4. Click on the studio map to select which bike you want
  5. Click reserve my spot
  6. You will receive a notification email, confirming your session
  7. See you in studio!
If you would like to cancel your session, please click on cancel at least 2 hours before your session.
Any cancellations made 2 hours or less before the session will result in a credit forfeit.
Credits are not transferable.
One spot booking per session.
If you are new, we recommend the 2 rides trial package which gives you 1 free ride

What do I need to bring?

Come in workout gear and bring socks. We provide complimentary clip in shoes with SPD cleats but if you have your own set, then bring that along too. Regular shoes are not allowed but please bring a pair of sports shoes just in case we do not have your size. Please ensure you bring your own water bottle and towel.

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes we do and we provide towels.

Do you provide water?

In a bid to reduce plastic, we’re providing filtered water so BYO bottle and refill when you please. But if you do forget your bottle, purchase a Voodoo Cycle bottle for RM50 or mineral water for RM2

First timers

Our rides are curated to suit all levels, so go at your own pace and have fun. The resistance level on the bike is adjustable and so the workout would adapt to each rider’s abilities. If you need help with set up and any other questions, our team would be there to help.

Arrival time and cancellation policy

If it’s your first time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your class and at least 10 minutes for regular riders.

Class will start on time. You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the class and receive a refund of your credit. If you cancel your class with less than 2 hours notice, you will lose your credit.

If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, your credit will be refunded.

  • For private group bookings, advance notice of 48 hours is required to receive a refund on your booking. If the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, full payment will be deducted.
  • Refunds will be made within 7 working days with advance notice of cancellation.

Late Policy

Should you arrive later than 3 minutes after the scheduled class time, you will not be permitted into the bike studio for safety reasons

Age limit

If you are below 18 years, you must have a waiver signed by an accompanied parent or guardian.

I am pregnant, am I able to attend sessions?

Congratulations! Our classes at Voodoo Cycle are high intensity so we highly recommend that you get your doctor’s clearance before attending. Upon check in at reception, please let the instructor know of your pregnancy so that our team can take extra care of you.

Package Extension Policy
