Activate your mornings with us. This is a 45-minute ride geared to energize your body for the day. Suitable for both beginner and intermediate riders. Book your bike with a signature credit.

Open to all levels, this ride is packed with strong beats to build endurance during jogs and runs, and building strength for hill climbs. This ride is a full body workout.
60 mins
For intermediate and advanced riders.
A 60-minute version of our Signature ride, this class is for those who are looking for that extra push. Expect interval training with higher resistance and more upper body work, and explosive drills to build muscular power and strength.
New to cycle? This is a foundation session to introduce form and technique for our signature rhythm cycle class.
