Sereni is a movement educator with over 10 years of teaching experience, bridging the gap between mindful practice and intelligent strength training. She began her career teaching yoga, developing a strong foundation in body awareness, mobility, and breath-led movement.
As an ex–cycle coach, Sereni brings a performance-driven edge to her training style, blending endurance, strength, and discipline. She now specializes in strength and conditioning and slow resistance training on X Former machines—focusing on time under tension, control, and long-term joint health.
Her approach is intentional, structured, and results-focused—designed to help clients move better, get stronger, and build bodies that last. Expect classes that are challenging, empowering, and rooted in smart programming rather than trends.
