FRIDAY, 29 MAY 2026

5.30pm | Yoga by the Sea | RM80

Tides of Presence. A grounding seaside flow syncing breath with movement. Expect gentle opening, fluid mobility, standing balance, and deep exhale moments with the sound of the ocean.

Focus: release stress + reconnect to body rhythm.

7pm | Nourish by the Ocean | RM130

Between Movement and Stillness. After flow, before float.
A shared table by the sea where conversation softens, the sky changes colour, and nourishment becomes part of the practice.

8.30pm | Floating Soundbath | RM120

Held by Water. Guests float in our pool under the moonlight while crystal bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies wash over the body. The water becomes support, the sound becomes medicine.

Focus: nervous system reset + deep surrender.

SATURDAY, 30 MAY 2026

8am | Rise & Lengthen | RM80

A morning mat Pilates session designed to awaken the core, improve posture, and energise the body through intentional low-impact movement.

9.15am | Wim Hof Breathing Method + Ice Bath with Nafas Asia | RM280

Wim Hof Breathwork + Meditation — Beneath the Surface. Guided breath patterns to clear stagnant energy, regulate emotion, and quiet mental noise, followed by meditation. Focus: clarity + inner peace.

Ice Bath Experience — Cold Water, Calm Mind. A safe and guided immersion experience teaching calm under pressure, conscious breathing, and nervous system resilience. Focus: resilience + presence.

11.15am | The Wellness Picnic hosted by The Tapang Club | RM95

Nourish in Good Company. A beautifully curated picnic to close the retreat. Fresh seasonal food, warm connection, and unhurried conversation — a reminder that nourishment is not only what we eat, but how we gather.
